Because real estate is our thing, we teamed up again in 2022 as leading admin with Tampa Bay’s No. 1 RE/MAX—Chrisy as Marketing Director and Nathan as Broker. That season made something clear: Agents need help. Team leads need help. Brokerages need help.
So in 2024, we broadened our impact—building practical, real-estate-specific tools that free professionals to focus on the irreplaceable parts of their business.

Owner of an omnimedia marketing company and real estate school co-founder. 20+ years in marketing, 10+ in real estate.
Seeing where marketing is headed, Chrisy champions a clear thesis: In 2026, AI that wins will be custom and personal—for real estate and small brands alike. To put that power in every pro’s hands, she built four tailored AI stacks (the AI Admin Team) that turn busywork into leverage.
Nathan
Instructor, Real School co-founder. 10+ years in real estate, Broker, Recruiter, Mentor experience.
Working across the classroom and the brokerage floor, Nathan saw the same pattern: recruiting stalls when onboarding is inconsistent, and agents plateau when support is reactive.
His goal now: give leaders a dependable system and give agents the confidence to show up as trusted local experts using tech-forward, AI tools.
