This course is a comprehensive look into the principles and practices taught during the Pre-License Course. Students will gain a solid foundation to create a thriving business by learning vital basics, such as business planning, time management, listing contracts, and prospecting.

This course is a total of 8 days. 7 days instruction with the last day used for testing.
Occasionally, the course text book is revised. The newest edition is included with tuition.

As regulated by the FREC, Post-License Course must be successfully completed by the licensees first renewal cycle. Exam may be retaken if passing grade is not originally obtained.
