Description
This 63-Hour Pre-License Course teaches the fundamentals of Real Estate by exploring Real Estate License Law, Real Estate Principles & Practices, and Real Estate Math. While teaching textual facts, the instructor will incorporate real-world real estate experiences. Once successfully passed, this course fulfills state requirements to apply for a state license.

The Pre-Licensing Course is a 63-Hour class consisting of 10 days. Test day will be held on the last day.
Occasionally, a new edition of the class textbook will update. The newest is always included with tuition. If a student is attending the class during the 1-Year Pass Policy, the new edition is the responsibility of the student.
Payment will be processed with PayPal, Inc using all major credit cards. A Paypal account is not necessary.
Once payment is received, you are enrolled. See you in class!
If a passing score of 70% is not obtained at first attempt, the student has one year to attend and/or take the exam again. Any new edition to the textbook will be the responsibility of the student.
